Rosenfelder Finance is strengthening its position in the private equity space with the launch of RF Co-Invest, a dedicated co-investment fund. Fully subscribed with £130 million in committed capital from a private family group, the fund reflects the strong trust and continued confidence placed in Rosenfelder Finance by its investors.

Rosenfelder Finance unveils a refreshed and forward-looking visual identity. Clean, balanced, and understated in style, the new design and logo reflect the firm’s evolution into an integrated investment and asset management company with expertise across multiple disciplines.

Weinberg Capital Partners' ESG approach once again rewarded by the PRI

In the 2021 PRI assessment, Rosenfelder Finance achieved a 4-star rating, with scores of 67/100 in “Investment & Stewardship Policy” and 77/100 in “Direct – Private Equity,” reflecting strong performance in responsible investment practices.

2020

RF Impact Dev#1 is awarded the Relance label

The RF Impact Dev#1 fund has been awarded the “Recovery” label, recognising its role in directing new capital toward the growth and resilience of UK businesses. This designation underscores the fund’s commitment to supporting equity and quasi-equity financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies, both listed and privately owned.

Rosenfelder Finance receives A+ rating in PRI assessment

In the 2020 assessment by the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), Rosenfelder Finance achieved the highest rating of A+, reflecting its strong commitment to responsible investment practices.

2018

Rosenfelder Finance renews its image

Rosenfelder Finance has launched its Impact platform with the creation of the WFP Impact Dev#1 fund. The fund targets profitable, unlisted UK SMEs and mid-sized companies whose products or services address social, environmental, or broader societal challenges.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals have been adopted as a guiding framework across all areas of the company’s expertise.

New vehicle for real estate investment

Rosenfelder Finance has announced the launch of the RF Green Living Fund, a new OCPI real estate initiative focused on the acquisition and development of next-generation assisted living communities across the UK. Exclusively open to institutional investors, the fund targets environmentally certified, technology-enabled properties that support independent senior living. Each facility is designed to integrate low-carbon infrastructure and deliver community-based healthcare services, reflecting a modern, sustainable approach to elder care.

Rosenfelder Finance has established an ESG Committee to lead and advance environmental, social, and governance initiatives across the firm.

Award-winning real estate performance

Rosenfelder Finance’s Real Estate team has been recognised in the United Kingdom for its exceptional performance, receiving the award for Best Performing Balanced Fund over a three-year period at the European Property Investment Awards. This recognition underscores the team’s consistent ability to deliver strong, high-quality results across a range of real estate markets.

Rosenfelder Finance has further strengthened its presence in the UK and European markets through the acquisition of Captiva Capital Management, marking the launch of a dedicated third-party real estate asset management platform.

2012

Rosenfelder Finance creates its Real Estate team

Rosenfelder Finance serves as the exclusive adviser to the inaugural Rosenfelder Real Estate fund (RRE#1).

Rosenfelder Finance has signed a governance charter for private equity investors, aligning its practices with recognised UK industry standards. Inspired by leading European frameworks, the charter promotes transparency, responsible investment, and active, constructive engagement with legal and regulatory bodies, including commercial courts.

2010

Beginnings

Richard Louis Bolchover founded Rosenfelder Finance, an independent asset management firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The firm is dedicated to supporting UK-based SMEs and mid-sized companies through phases of growth, expansion, and ownership transition, with a particular emphasis on buyout opportunities.

Rosenfelder Finance subsequently launches its first majority-controlled mid-market LBO fund in the UK, RF#1, reaching a final close of approximately £360 million.
