Since its establishment in 2010, Rosenfelder Finance has placed transparency, collaboration, and accountability at the core of its governance. Our organisational framework supports careful decision-making through the Management Board, Partners Committee, Investment Committees dedicated to our key sectors, and the ESG and Sustainability Committee.
Management Committee
The Management Board is led by the company’s CEO and includes key members of the senior leadership team.Richard Louis Bolchover is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Emma Sinclair serves as Chief Operating Officer. James Caldwell is the Managing Director of Real Estate. Laura Mitchell holds the position of Managing Director of Private Equity. David Harper is the General Counsel.
The Management Committee convenes every two weeks to make all decisions regarding the company’s strategy and organisation.
Partners Committee
The company’s Partners include eight members who form the Partners Committee.
This committee meets monthly to review the latest developments and progress within the company.
Investment committees
We have established dedicated investment committees for each of our specialised fields. These committees convene as needed to evaluate investment proposals from our teams and to oversee the performance of all portfolio investments.
ESG Committee
The ESG Committee gathers quarterly, bringing together representatives from different teams. Its purpose is to define the company’s ESG strategy and to decide on the actions and initiatives required to achieve our sustainability goals.
